Organic Modern Main Level Remodel

The original design of this home was farmhouse style with dark floors, white cabinets and white subway tile. The homeowner desired a more natural palette and higher end finishes. The function of the original kitchen was also lacking. Blackbird reconfigured the kitchen which included reducing the large walk-in pantry to add symmetry and a back wall focal point. The refrigerator was moved; a coffee station and window seat were added. Faux beams brought the 12’-0” ceilings down and added warmth. The hood is by Raw Urth, cabinets are by Hallmark Custom Cabinets, and the furniture (also selected by Blackbird) is from Arhaus.
