Blackbird worked with the client to create their dream home in Evergreen. The homeowner desired a comfortable, warm environment that would accommodate their children and grandchildren. Our process began when the house was still in conceptual design with the architect and builder. The early involvement allowed us to provide interior design and space planning recommendations in all areas of the home specifically the fireplace, the kitchen, lighting concepts and larger design elements. Blackbird did the finish selection for all rooms. A combination of stone, wood and metal accents created this perfect mountain living retreat. In order to meet both the aesthetic and the budget, we used both SiteLine (a lower cost line) and Hallmark Cabinetry (a high-end, custom line). The finale was to help the client with furniture and paint selection for a cohesive design. Great clients like this combined with a skilled builder, make beautiful projects like this a reality.
