Walnut Modern Kitchen, Dining and Living Room

This project was a complete gut. The entire floorplan was opened up. The wall between the dining and kitchen was removed which made the tiny existing kitchen twice as big. The stairwell made the space too tight for island seating, so we extended the island with a custom wood top to create a seating area at the end. The wood flooring was refinished throughout the main level. Another large change was concealing the brick on the fireplace with plaster. Custom cabinetry was added on either side for storage and interest. All new furniture enhanced the modern vibe.
